BEST option is to take the selina partner shuttle for 45USD. If you want to go to the bus station you need to walk around 5 blocks from the airport in direction to San Antonio bus stop, take a white bus not the metrobus that goes to Albrook for around 1.50$ it takes 1.5hrs at least to get to the Terminal.
By bus go to the Terminal de Transporte de Albrook by taxi (around 25usd) take the Panama-Las Tablas bus (around 9$) and in Las Tablas take the van to Pedasí (around 3$) the van to Pedasí will be six blocks away from the left from where they drop you off towards The banco nacional de Panamá. At the sixth block take a left and after Hotel Piamonte you will see the little vans to Pedasí. You can also take a 2$ taxi from the drop off point to the Pedasí bus station.
